Happy new year to everyone!
Over christmas i was pretty sick with the a bad cold and it took me over a week to recover!.
I'm really looking forward to this new year.I have a goal to compete in my first natural competion so watch out for the build up to that on my website!
Anway i have just updated website with a new flexing video of me wearing army breifs with the dog tags.
