Hey members,

I have just added a new video using my new HD camcorder!!

It was a sunny day today so decided to do some filming outside .

Other news...

I'm traverling to Cyprus next thursday for 2 weeks.I will be taking my laptop so cam chats can continue as normal.... also i plan to do alot of filming out there of me working out and flexing on the beach!!

I have now got some really cool software to edit my videos! I hope you like the little touches i made to the new vids:)As you will notice during the sessions my intensity has increased alot...expect to see blood sweat and tears lol, as i get closer and closer to my competion end of june
