So recently i've had alot of youtube members asking if they can get access to my private videos.

I have over 80 videos that are set on private and you can view them once i add your username to the private list.Some video's are way back in time when i first started flexing!

Well its been a struggle this past week with my back injury.I am however pleased to say that its fully recovered now:)I didnt miss much training.. i just had to work around it!
