Just updated website with another video.This time i'm showing mostly QUADS in my lycra shorts and then finally posing trunks!

Now i'm lifting MUCH heavier at the gym !!..well over 400lbs deep squats and have noticed an explosion of growth on my quads.More videos to come soon....:)
