*ON VACATION FOR 12 DAYS*

Hey everyone,

Wow doesnt the time go fast, summer is almost over

Lucky for me i'm fortunate enough to have family living out in Cyprus.So i decided to take advantage of this and get some late summer sunshine

I will be leaving on the 30 september for 12 days!This will be a great opportunity for me to get nice tan!Dont worry i'm still going to be pumping the weights ...vacation or not,nothing will get me away from the gym!

Maybe i'll get some nice shots of me on the white sandy beaches or lying on the sunbed wearing trunks

Now live cam shows shouldnt be a problem, but i obviously will not be available for a cam show on the 30th september!So please not that down...30TH WEDNESDAY NO LIVE CAM SHOW.

Anyway i've updated the website with new pics and ive searched for some older videos from youtube that i thought i deleted and added those.Also added one new one titled FLEX IN TIMBERLAND and some more workout clips!

Hey Everyone,

Had a bad accident at the gym last week!Silly me dropped a very heavy dumbell on my big toe...ouch!Anyway, i had to be taken to hospital and my big toe nail got removed:(And yes i got to take it home with me haha

All is good now as its been a week since that happened..i'm fully recovered and pounding the weights HARD!

Ive just added a new video and is my longest one yet at well at over 6 minutes!
